Farmers-market pickup is our easiest and preferred pickup option. When preorders are open, your paid order will be packaged and ready at the booth. By the posted preorder deadline, we commit to the exact Saturday production quantities, so later additions cannot be guaranteed.

LadyBug’s Bakery is a family-run home bakery in Whiteland, Indiana. We make oversized gourmet cookies designed for sharing with the people you love. What began with a love of baking has grown into a local business serving farmers markets, events, and customers throughout the community.

Yes, when LadyBug’s Bakery has a scheduled market booth. Small quantities from that market’s announced menu may be preordered for pickup. For most Saturday markets, Tuesday is our prep and production-planning day. The deadline shown for each market is firm because that is when we commit to exact production quantities, so later orders cannot be guaranteed. Preorders for August 1 close Tuesday, July 28 at 3:00 p.m.
Can I request a flavor that is not on this week’s menu?
Yes. That is a special batch order and is subject to our production schedule, minimum quantities, and availability.
What is the minimum special order?
Order at least 6 cookies of each selected flavor. Special batch requests require at least 7 days’ notice and are subject to production capacity.
Can I pick up from your home?
No. LadyBug’s Bakery is a home-based bakery, and residential customer pickup is not available.
Where is the Whiteland pickup location?
Approved orders may be collected during a scheduled public pickup window at the Whiteland library. We will confirm the window with you before payment.
Do you deliver?
Approved local delivery may be available for an additional fee. Availability and the delivery charge depend on the date, location, and order size.

We do not ship cookies because we cannot guarantee they will arrive with the freshness, texture, appearance, and quality we require.
How much notice is required?
Special batch orders require at least 7 days’ notice. Events and catering require advance notice, and more time is always helpful for larger orders.
When is my order confirmed?
Submitting a request does not reserve your order. It is reserved after LadyBug’s Bakery confirms availability and your Elavon invoice is paid.
How do I pay?
After we approve your request, we will send a secure invoice through Elavon Merchant Services. A 3% credit-card processing fee applies.
Ordering is closed for delivery or pickup July 31 through August 3.

Choose flavors in six-cookie batches. We will review the date, pickup choice, and production capacity before confirming.
Secure payment through Elavon
After submitting your request, LadyBug’s Bakery will confirm availability and send you a secure Elavon invoice. Your order is reserved after payment is received.
A 3% credit-card processing fee is included in the estimate and final invoice.
- Special batches: at least 6 of each selected flavor.
- Special batches require at least 7 days’ notice.
- Events: 24-cookie minimum, with at least 6 per flavor.
- Delivery fees, when approved, are quoted separately.
